Symag offers training sessions on the solutions implemented at its customers', for different user profiles: internal sessions, on-site staff, check-out assistants, store managers or even marketing teams.

Technical training can also be given to call centre and retail chain assistance experts.

Each project is the subject of a training plan, includes an instructional part and an operational part, and can be conducted on site or on pilot installations.
